From c9aa56edec8ee3d210904c36e145a592a8a56218 Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Raslan Darawsheh Date: Thu, 18 Oct 2018 13:17:29 +0300 Subject: [PATCH] net/tap: access primary process queues from secondary In the case the device is created by the primary process, the secondary must request some file descriptors to attach the queues. The file descriptors are shared via IPC Unix socket. Thanks to the IPC synchronization, the secondary process is now able to do Rx/Tx on a TAP created by the primary process.
