   4 Libecoli makes use of Unique License Identifiers, as defined by the SPDX
   5 project (https://spdx.org/):

   7 - it avoids including large license headers in all files
   8 - it ensures licence consistency between all files
   9 - it improves automated detection of licences

  12 possible, or on the second line (ex: shell scripts).
