mbuf: add dump of free dynamic flags

Add support to dump free_flags as below format:

Free bit in mbuf->ol_flags (0 = occupied, 1 = free):
  0000: 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0
  0008: 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0
  0010: 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 1
  0018: 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 1
  0020: 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 1
  0028: 1 0 0 0 0 0 0 0
  0030: 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0
  0038: 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0
