test/crypto: extend AES-GCM 192/256 to other PMDs

QAT, OpenSSL and DPAA2 PMDs support 192-bit and 256-bit key sizes
for AES-GCM, apart from 128-bit keys. Therefore, these tests that were
only used by AES-NI MB PMD are extended to these other two PMDs.
