mempool: fix mlx driver loading

The function rte_mempool_obj_iter used in mlx drivers
was not exported. So the driver loading was failing:

EAL: open shared lib librte_pmd_mlx4.so
EAL: x86_64-native-linuxapp-gcc/lib/librte_pmd_mlx4.so:
undefined symbol: rte_mempool_obj_iter
