A new parameter is planned to be added in 17.05 release in
rte_cryptodev_info.sym - max_nb_sessions_per_qp.
This will allow applications to know the maximum number of session
which can be attached to queue_pairs of device.

A pointer to a rte_cryptodev_config structure will be added to the
function prototype ``cryptodev_configure_t``, as a new parameter.
+* cryptodev: A new parameter ``max_nb_sessions_per_qp`` will be added to
