bond: rename mode 5

This patch modify mode older name from
BONDING_MODE_ADAPTIVE_TRANSMIT_LOAD_BALANCING to BONDING_MODE_TLB
This patch also changes order of TEST_ASSERT macro in
test_tlb_verify_slave_link_status_change_failover.
