examples/vhost: restrict log type namespace

RTE_LOGTYPE_CONFIG, RTE_LOGTYPE_DATA and RTE_LOGTYPE_PORT are renamed
by adding VHOST prefix.
It prevents from conflict with new RTE_LOGTYPE_PORT of packet framework.
