Parse DDP section ICE_SID_RXPARSER_IMEM into an array of
struct ice_imem_item.

The Instruction Memory (IMEM) section contains three VLIW instructions
for the ALUs, a key extraction instruction for the Parse Graph CAM, and
several other fields.
